• • Offer a reschedule to an alternative date that suits you.
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

Backpackers Insta Tour: 

Includes a 20-minute inclined hike to see some great lookouts, plus a 40-minute rainforest walk that’s gentle and suitable for most people.

Yes, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
• Reschedule Option: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, we’ll work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost. If no reschedule can be made, we will offer a 50% refund. 
• No Refund: For no-shows at pickup. Should you be running late, please let us know immediately, so we can try to organise a later pickup. We offer no guarantees to late arrivals due to the schedule for the rest of the tour group.

Yes!

The Backpackers Insta Tour includes snacks and water to keep you energised during the experience. Bring your own water bottle if possible, or you can purchase one from us as a souvenir.

On the Backpacker tour, you will be able to buy sandwiches and light food for the trip. We are open to you bringing your own food within reason, but please keep such things as potential nut allergies in mind for other travellers.

We reserve the right to say that your food is not allowed, but we have a common-sense approach. If not allowed your food will stay in our cooler box. 

Keep in mind, we can only cater for light rubbish, an onboard bin will be provided, as we do not want any litter to be left behind. Tread lightly is our motto!

For all tours, we can TRY to cater for any dietary requirements if notified in advance. Please follow sale prompts.

• Clothing: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes.

The EASY WALK Tour is for those that prefer comfort over adventure and has...less walking! You still get to tick all your boxes of engaging with wildlife, seeing the epic horizons and breathing in pure forest air.

The PRIVATE GROUP Tour is for those seeking to enjoy the experience with their own group, you get to experience it all plus some extra perks.

The SEE IT ALL Tour includes over an hour of inclined walking suitable for moderate fitness levels. 

The EASY WALK Tour has a maximum of 20 minute walking at a time on flat ground.
