Yes, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
• Reschedule Option: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, we’ll work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or for no-shows.

Exception: If there’s a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes!

The Backpackers Insta Tour includes snacks and water to keep you energised during the experience. Bring your own water bottle if possible, or you can purchase one from us as a souvenir.

On the Backpacker tour, you will be able to buy sandwiches and light food for the trip. We are open to you bringing your own food within reason, but please keep such things as potential nut allergies in mind for other travellers.

We reserve the right to say that your food is not allowed, but we have a common-sense approach. If not allowed your food will stay in our cooler box. 

Keep in mind, we can only cater for light rubbish, and we do not want any litter to be left behind.

For all tours, we can TRY to cater for any dietary requirements if notified in advance.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
