You can book directly via the booking calendar above, or email us for assistance. Simply book your choice of tour, Backpackers or Senior Comfort, click how many people, choose your date, and secure your spot in just a few clicks. Payment can be completed online during the booking process.

We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure your safety and comfort.


  • Light Rain or Overcast Weather: Tours will proceed; rain adds to the rainforest experience, so bring a jacket or umbrella!
  • Severe Weather (e.g., heavy storms, high winds): In cases where safety is a concern, we will:
    • Offer a reschedule to an alternative date that suits you.
    • Provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.


We’ll notify you as soon as any changes are made due to weather conditions.


We design tours to cater to most fitness levels:


  • Seniors Comfort Tour: Light walking, limited steps and physical exertion — perfect for a low-impact experience. Wheelie Walker accessible!


  • Backpackers Insta Tour: Includes a 40-minute rainforest walk that’s gentle and suitable for most people.

Yes, we offer a straightforward refund policy:


  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
  • Reschedule Option: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, we’ll work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or for no-shows.


Exception: If there’s a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes:

  • Seniors Accessible Tour: Includes a delicious, complimentary Devonshire Tea and discounted lunch.


  • Backpackers Insta Tour: Includes snacks to keep you energized during the experience.


For both tours, we cater to dietary requirements if notified in advance.

We recommend the following:

  • Clothing: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes.
  • Sun Protection: Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
  • Reusable Water Bottle: We’ll provide water for refills.
  • Rain Gear: A lightweight rain jacket or umbrella if rain is forecast.
  • For Backpackers: Don’t forget your camera or smartphone for those Insta-worthy moments! And swimming gear if wanting to take a dip after the tour.


To ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience, our tours accommodate small groups of up to 2-6 passengers. This creates a more intimate atmosphere for exploration and learning.

Backpackers Insta Tour: 

Pickup and Drop-off available from a variety of spots, including Brisbane CBD, Roma Street, South Brisbane or The Gap Park n Ride.

YES. We can guarantee sightings and wildlife encounters. Adventure Wild! 


Our guides will showcase native wildlife in our shows where you can look, touch and take a pic of iconic aussie animals. Also look out for Pademelon, Kookaburras, reptiles, colourful birdlife and even rarer sightings on your adventure up the mountains!

Our tours are designed for adults, particularly seniors and backpackers, to cater to their specific interests and activity levels. 


That said, older teens and young adults are welcome on the backpackers tour.

Yes, all tours include complimentary water and snacks for your convenience. 


Seniors on our comfort tour also enjoy a full devonshire tea, discounted lunch with options provided to cater to dietary requests.



We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time at the pickup point. We will text you. 


Due to scheduling your guide may need to leave without you if you’re delayed for pickup. If you think you might miss the pickup, please refer to your booking email and call our TRY number as soon as possible. 


If you book our Senior Comfort Tour, due to smaller numbers, we will make sure you are picked up or organise a drive back if ready 45 minutes after pickup.


Yes! All tours include opportunities for light shopping at local boutique stores. Take home unique locally made crafts, souvenirs, or gifts to remember your visit.
