• Light Rain or Overcast Weather: Tours will proceed; rain adds to the rainforest experience, so bring a jacket or umbrella!
• Severe Weather (e.g., heavy storms, high winds): In cases where safety is a concern, we will:
• • Offer a reschedule to an alternative date that suits you.
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

We’ll notify you as soon as any changes are made due to weather conditions.

We design tours to cater to most fitness levels. 

For the Seniors: Light walking with limited physical exertion — perfect for a low-impact experience. Wheelie Walkers most welcome! Just enquire via the Custom Tour.

Yes, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
• Reschedule Option: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, we’ll work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or for no-shows.

Exception: If there’s a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We provide snacks and water, plus offer the service of bringing your own non allergenic food (lunchbox container). We provide a lunchbox and esky.

For the Custom Tour: 

As above plus includes a complimentary Devonshire Tea and discounted lunch.

We recommend the following:

• Clothing: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes.
• Sun Protection: Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
• Reusable Water Bottle: We’ll provide water for refills.
• Rain Gear: A lightweight rain jacket or umbrella if rain is forecast.

To ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience, our tours accommodate small groups of up to 2-6 passengers. This creates a more intimate atmosphere for exploration and comfort.

Plus, we get to see many aussie animal icons in our Discovery Centre. When walking in the wild, look out for Pademelon (Brisbane's Quokker), kookaburras, reptiles, colourful birdlife and even rarer sightings on your adventure! Bring your camera — you won’t want to miss it.

We will provide car seats and carriers upon rental request.

We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. 9:20am.

Due to tight schedules, your guide may need to leave without you if you’re delayed. Please call us as soon as possible if you think you might miss the pickup. Custom Tours, we will make sure it works within reason.

Yes! All tours include opportunities for light shopping at local boutique stores. Take home unique locally made crafts, souvenirs, or gifts to remember your visit.
